This stunning kitchen was designed in Hampshire, installed in Surrey and made in England using wood from sustainable forests. Painted in a soft muted Farrow & Ball Old White, a sophisticated colour that gives this traditional design a contemporary twist, keeping it looking modern and fresh for years to come. The solid wood detailing adds a further element of luxury, the gently curved units are reflected in the breakfast bar on the central island which also houses a Butlers sink and tap in addition to an under counter wine fridge, creating the perfect entertaining space to catch up with friends and family. Solid oak detailing to the entertaining area on the Island, display shelves and larder style cupboards works in harmony with the large oak beam above the range cooker. The breakfront design and curved pilasters complement the gently curved cupboards, and add interest to the cooking area. An extractor unit is neatly and discreetly concealed in the faux chimney breast,
The working area of the Island has beautiful veined granite which is also continued on the worktops, up-stands and splash-back behind the hob.
Larder style cupboards either side of the large fridge freezer have shallow shelves, bi-fold doors and deep draws. Giving easy access and maximising storage. Within the cupboards are light and power sources, making them versatile should they wish to use them for kitchen appliances, such as a microwave, toaster or or hide way hot drinks area for tea and coffee at a later date. The breakfront design is continued in the housing around the stand alone fridge freezer, providing continuity to the design.
Lights beneath the wall mounted cupboards light up the work surfaces, recessed down-lights can be used to flood the room with light and pendant lights above the Island provide a focal point which bathes the area in soft ambient light.
